		<description>Crazy that highest risk home deliveries could be in the hands of those who don't have to prove education or training (i.e. unlicensed, unregulated midwives). This is like Oregon. 

Legislators don't seem to care about what's actually right and factually correct; they seem only to want to stay in office and do whatever it takes, even if it means screwing home birth mothers by supporting the state medical organizations.</description>
