Class schedule for September 2009 – February 2010.

Classes fill up early, so it’s best to contact me by the middle of your pregnancy.  To enroll, please call me at 801 494-1455.  Hypnobabies is a 6 week program so you must start no later than 34 weeks into your pregnancy (in order to enroll, the class must end prior to your due date).  Classes are taught in Provo, UT.

September/October 2009

October/November 2009

Thursdays October 15th – November 19th from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Four spots left!

Tuesdays October 20th – December 1st from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Will be added if the Thursday class fills.

January/February 2010

Fridays January 8th – February 12th from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Five spots left!

Thursdays January 14th – February 17th from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Will be added if the Friday class fills.

New Hypnobabies Doula Training!

I will be holding a training for doulas who would like to know how to help their hypnosis for childbirth students. While the main focus will be on Hypnobabies moms, I also have experience with HypnoBirthing (the Mongan) method and general recommendations for moms using hypnosis of any sort. The training will be held:

Saturday, April 12th, from 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in Provo, UT.
